


Oak Cove of Lower Marrero Pilot Program
The Lower Marrero
Residential Façade Improvement Program
This program provides grants of up to $8,500* of repairs and updates to the exterior of your home. Funds are provided through the Jefferson Parish Finance Authority and the New Orleans Education League of the Construction Industry (NOEL).
The program is currently being piloted in the Oak Cove subdivision, beginning in 2026.
Homeowners must turn in the Application, Required Documents, Requested Work form along with photographs before they can be considered for the program. Awards will be based on the first 10 complete applications received by the deadline of July 29th, 2026, at 5:00 PM. NOEL reserves the right to reject any and all applications resulting from this announcement.

Pilot Program Boundaries
The eligible streets for this pilot program are:

The portion of Pritchard Road only between Barataria Boulevard and Kenta Drive

Mary Drive
These streets are highlighted in the map below. No other streets are eligible at this time.
